Restrictive diets made me feel like just one mistake, one slip up, one cheat and that was all of my progress down the drain. They made me want to quit. I felt defeated. This time I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. 

I had a chance to ask Joel Marion, the author of Always Eat After 7 PM, a few questions I’m sure you’d want the answers to as well.

Question: How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?

Joel: It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.

Question: Ok, so how long did it take for you to develop the diet?

Joel:It actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.

Thank goodness, someone finally got it right! Your goals and your diet MUST coexist. Once your goal marries your diet, it becomes your lifestyle, and that is where the magic happens.
