I did it! Over the past month, I’ve lost a total of 10lbs and 4 inches off my waist. My energy level is continually improving and I’m sleeping so much better. I’m actually waking up and feeling rested and refreshed. I haven’t experienced this kind of rest since before I had kids! This was definitely the MOST welcomed change.

I would love to say that I’ve reached Phase 3, where I’ve turned it into my lifestyle, but that’s not really something I can do in a month. I have made a lot of changes working towards that lifestyle goal, which I go into detail about here. I’m still learning. I’m still testing recipes. I have a bit of a sweet tooth and I’m loving these tasty desserts. I’ve even gotten my kids on board with some of these healthy sweet treats. And with all the sweets, carbs, and late-night eating, I’m still making progress.

The fact that I’ve seen so much progress in such a short time without being restricted is all the motivation I need to keep going. I’ve tried numerous diets before, however, there’s always been a guilt factor associated with all of them, but I don’t feel that with the Always Eat After 7 PM diet. I feel encouraged. I feel understood. I no longer feel like my goals aren’t unattainable, but well within my reach.

I’m going to continue to share my progress with you as I did here. This diet is way more enjoyable than any other diet I’ve ever tried and I want to share it with you because I’m sure once you try it, you’ll enjoy it too.
